PROGRAMChildNet is a partnership with select school districts in San Diegos North County to offer early intervention and therapeutic services to pre-K children identified for treatment. Using the Incredible Years model, ChildNet helps children and caregivers have the skills to process early complications and prepare for success in regular school.There are two positions in Escondido and Vista.POSITIONThe Clinician is responsible for the clinical integrity, assessment, planning and delivery of mental health services to the student and family. She/he assures that all provided services, program documentation, and billing are consistent with company policies and various county and community contracts and any federal, state, county, and district requirements. Duties include:Provide school (pre-K) based counseling/mental health services to school-age students.Practice as a member of a multidisciplinary teamProvide clinical assessments, intervention and support to students.Complete proper clinical documentation in a timely manner.REQUIREMENTSMaster's DegreeACSW/AMFT/APHA/APCC, registration or License in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Science.Experience working in school-based mental health program, mental health clinic, day treatment facility or other behavioral health setting.2-4 years professional experience in working with high risk youth.Experience and knowledge in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents.Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation required.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Must pass background check, drug test, and TB test.HOURSMonday- Friday, 40 hours per week, school hours. 8am - 4:30pm.Open to alternate schedules/part-time.PAY$31 for Registered$35 for LicensedThese are starting rates and may be adjusted up based on education and experience.Current Vista Hill employees in these job titles for 2025 are paid:$31 $35 for Registered; and$35 - $38 for LicensedBENEFITSEmployees working over 30 hours a week receive employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), paid holidays, employer-paid retirement contribution and clinical supervision (if applicable). Some programs qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.Registered Clinicians will also receive 2 hours a week of Clinical Supervision time.Employees who work less than 30 hours a week do not qualify for healthcare benefits.ABOUT USVista Hill is all about serving people.
