This is a professional Lead Worker position responsible that will work closely with the Regional Program Supervisor for assisting with the oversight of the unit that provides referral, intake, and support coordination services to developmentally disabled clients and their families. The Work You Will Do Provides guidance to staff within the unit by assigning cases, makes, and issues special assignments, assisting with case problems, plan schedule of activities, follows established rules, regulations and procedures. Will complete monthly reports, track assignments, and perform other administrative duties related to the oversight of the area per the Regional Program Supervisor. Administrative duties may relate to completing reports, planning workloads, workflows, deadlines, work objectives and time utilization with employees.
