This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and client-facing environments, with a proven ability to manage complex initiatives from concept through pre-construction.What You'll DoLead project planning and organization as the designated “Pursuit Leader”Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking all developments and milestonesCollaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align project objectives and construction activitiesRepresent the company in client and project meetings, ensuring professional communication and alignmentPrepare and oversee pricing proposals and ensure accurate, timely presentations to clientsManage the financial aspects of contracts, safeguarding company interests while nurturing client relationshipsSupport The Executive Team With Additional Responsibilities As NeededMaintain a solid understanding of company philosophy, systems, objectives, and proceduresUphold corporate performance standards and contribute to continuous improvementRemain flexible and responsive to additional tasks related to your role and business unit needsWhat You'll Need To SucceedStrong knowledge of construction methods, technology, scheduling, and equipmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, architects, and consultantsSolid understanding of project delivery models including Design-Build, Design-Assist, IPD, Lean Construction, and LEEDSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to make sound decisions that impact project profitability and successProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Oracle is a plusCapable of handling multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands under pressureClear and effective oral and written communication skillsStrong team player with the ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levelsProfessional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, vendors, and stakeholdersWhat You BringBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry (electrical contracting experience preferred)Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be consideredInterested in hearing more?
