Practice Manager Primary Care - BJC HealthCare : Job Details

The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
