Sentara Endocrinology and Rheumatology Kempsville Office is now hiring a Full-Time Practice Manager III in Norfolk, VA!

Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, M-F

Location: On site. Will report daily at Sentara Endocrinology and Rheumatology Specialists, located at 844 Kempsville Rd Ste 103B, Norfolk, VA 23502.

Overview

The Practice Manager III partners with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or a complexity operations score of 3 for hospital or office-based specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Responsible for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance.

Education

• Master's degree preferred

• 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree

Experience

• Supervisory - 3 years REQUIRED
• Healthcare - 3 years REQUIRED
• Multi-practice and practice management experience preferred
