Position Overview

Responsible for managing all phases of office operations for multiple physician practices, including fiscal oversight, staff management, and patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize patient access to physicians, providers, and ancillary care services.
  • Serve as a conduit for communication among physicians, providers, staff, and management, utilizing team huddles, meetings, email, and other mediums.
  • Develop practice goals for operational and financial performance, prepare budgets, and review performance indicators regularly.
  • Ensure practice operations adhere to principles of excellent clinical care and customer service, including managing patient interactions and satisfaction.
  • Manage practice systems to improve patient access, servicing, and financial performance, including billing and coding accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure proper medical record keeping.
  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and administrative reports.
  • Engage in continuous learning about best practices in medical practice management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
    • 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting.
    • Proficiency with office technology, EMR systems, and process improvement.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
