Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Practice Coordinator

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

*** Location: San Francisco, CA 94158

*** Duration: 13 weeks contract w/ possibility of extensions

Notes:

• Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 08:00am – 04:30pm or 08:30am – 05:00pm.

Description:

• Job duties: back-office, referral creation, record gathering, scheduling, and answering inbound calls from referring provider offices and patients.
• Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 30 - 70.

Qualifications:

• Looking for candidates who have completed Apex training at company.
• Only considering candidates that have worked in the past at company prior in a Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, or Admin position.
• Good communication, organization and self-motivated.
