Practice Administrator Women's Health Ambulatory Care - BJC HealthCare : Job Details

The Practice Administrator leads the business and clinical operations at one or more ambulatory clinics. This role provides comprehensive on-site leadership for clinical and non-clinical operations. Responsibilities include direct supervision of approximately 15-25 providers, management of clinical and non-clinical leaders and staff, managing patient experience, managing financial and administrative activities and developing plans to support operational and team success. Practice Administrators collaborate with hospital departments to ensure operational goals of the practice and partner hospitals are met. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed.
