Position: Practice Administrator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $80,000 to $100,000/year
Experience: Medical office or healthcare management, including HR and accounting experience required.
Education: Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field).

ProRecruiters is seeking a Practice Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Oversee operations of a seven-physician dermatology group across two office locations.
- Manage financial operations including billing, banking, budgeting, and physician compensation.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and accounting via QuickBooks.
- Supervise administrative staff including front desk, billing, scheduling, and insurance processing.
- Coordinate human resource activities including hiring, termination, performance reviews, and HR record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Oversee facility maintenance, vendor relations, and supply inventory.
- Manage physician credentialing, insurance contracts, and work schedules.
- Uphold a professional and supportive workplace environment for both patients and staff.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
