• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
\n
• Create and manage data models integrating various data sources
\n
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
\n
• Implement governance and security best practices, including row-level security
\n
• Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and data flows
\n
• Present findings and updates to directors and stakeholders
\n

• Must-Haves: \n

  • 4 years of Power BI development experience
  \n
  • Proficiency in DAX and Power Query
  \n
  • Strong data modeling and integration skills (Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint)

  • Performance tuning and optimization in Power BI
  \n
  • Experience with governance, security standards, and workspace management
  \n
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  \n

  • Background in data architecture and data warehousing

  • Familiarity with SQL and API integrations
