The Integral Group is sourcing for candidates in the following cities:

Atlanta, GA

The Integral Group is a real estate development and management company that is experiencing rapid growth and is embarking on a wholesale modernization of its systems to support that growth. This transformation has been managed by the CFO working with external service providers, but the scale and speed of the transformation requires a dedicated owner to implement and evolve it over the long-term. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically well-rounded and experienced individual to have a significant and visible role in the evolution of Integral's infrastructure.

In general, Integral uses the Microsoft stack including Power Platform components, MS 365, SharePoint, etc. The ideal individual possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience building and/or managing the building and evolution of integrated solutions using the above components to respond to business needs. The ideal candidate will not only possess technical skills in specific components, but a vision of how they work together to create an integrated whole and demonstrated ability to manage that evolution.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Collaborating with the CFO and departments to develop and implement financial system upgrades
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal system performance
  • Create reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas)
  • Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Evaluating existing systems and making recommendations for improvements
  • Ensuring data integrity and security within financial systems
  • Providing technical support and training to staff on systems
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial systems

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Specific technical skills / experience would include:
    • Advanced Excel
    • Power BI (including Power Query, Modeling & DAX, Reporting)
    • Power Apps / Dataverse
    • Power Automate
    • IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 experience a strong plus
