Seeking an experienced Power Plant Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our generating equipment. This position is responsible for leading plant operations personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing plant performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a track record of managing technical, supervisory, and administrative teams in a power generation environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Plant Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in power plant or similar industrial facility operations.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing technical, supervisory, and administrative teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to foster teamwork and engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
