Account Executive at Ajulia Executive Search

Responsibilities:

• Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates wastewater and water treatment operators.

• Conducts inspections of plant machinery, equipment, grounds, and facilities to identify necessary repairs or corrective actions

• Maintains timekeeping records, prepares and submits reports, and manages staff work schedules.

• Estimates required materials and supplies for operational needs.

• Investigates and resolves complaints related to wastewater operations.

• Responds promptly and effectively to emergency situations.

• Oversees and, when necessary, participates in the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and equipment.

• Inspects and monitors the performance of contractors.

• Executes special projects as assigned and contributes recommendations for goals and objectives.

• Ensures compliance with the company's sampling and testing protocols.

• Supervises testing of untreated and treated wastewater for suspended solids and percentage of solids.

• Oversees chemical oxygen demand (COD) testing for both untreated and treated wastewater.

• Conducts chemical analysis of treated drinking water for phosphate, zinc, copper, and pH levels.

• Performs additional testing for nitrite, ammonia as nitrogen, total phosphorus, and alkalinity.

• Maintains comprehensive records of all laboratory tests and logs of plant operations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• 4 years' experience in Wastewater Facilities (Class III or higher preferred).

• Must have DRC (Direct Responsible Charge) experience.

• Ability to obtain a Base Level Water Operators License with Chemical Feed Endorsement.

• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, bacteriology.

• Knowledge of practices used in the maintenance of wastewater treatment plant.

• Paid time off.
