Power Plant Manager - Consolidated Asset Management Services : Job Details

CAMS is looking for a Plant Manager to support Keys Energy Center power plant operations in Maryland. The incumbent will have twenty-four (24) direct and indirect employees. The Plant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of safety, plant operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, PJM, RF and NERC compliance, policy administration, and financial results for Keys Energy Center. The manager will implement operational standards and procedures aligned with business goals and legal requirements, while continually identifying strengths and areas for improvement. The role also involves overseeing workforce development, including selecting, training, and managing a flexible, technically skilled team. Keys Energy Center is a 766 MW, natural gas fueled facility consisting of two Siemens SGT 6-5000 F(5 EE) combustion turbines and a Siemens SST 6-5000 KN steam turbine in a 2 x 1 combined cycle configuration.
