Location: United States-based candidates only (with a preference for PA, TX, NJ, or MD)

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Power BI Developer to join our growing team. This role will design, develop, and optimize dashboards and business intelligence solutions that help guide project performance, improve visibility, and support smarter decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across scheduling and estimating teams to turn complex datasets into clear, impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and automated reports.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models.
• Work with SQL Server BI Stack: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, MDX.
• Design and maintain relational and multidimensional databases.
• Implement row-level security and role-based access controls.
• Integrate, transform, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Optimize Power BI performance and implement best practices.
• Present data findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data development.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Strong communication and visualization skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications

• CBIP, CSM, PMI-ACP — Nice to Have

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Required)
