What You'll Do: Press Operation: Set up full production cycle and operate Powder Press machines to form a variety of work pieces. Machine Optimization: Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintain tooling, and maximize machine utilization. Print Interpretation: Read and understand part specification prints and route instructions. GD&T Application: Apply expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Program Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments. Inspection Process: Follow in-process part inspection protocols and report non-conformance issues to the Supervisor/ Lead.
