Powder Coat Painter - Minnesota Staffing : Job Details

Location: Anoka, MN

3rd shift Sun - Thurs 11pm - 7am $21.84

Rotate between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating tasks

Spray powder coat paint onto metal parts

Conduct quality inspections to ensure smooth and even application

Load and unload parts on the paint line

Spray powder coating on metal components

Inspect painted parts for quality and consistency

Rack parts properly for the painting process

Minimum 6 months of painting experience (powder coating preferred; will train)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for racking metal parts

Strong attention to detail for inspecting finished products

Experience in industrial painting or construction is a plus

Tuition reimbursement and clear paths for advancement

$0.50 raise after 90 days, with additional raise upon direct hire

Opportunities for promotion to lead or supervisor roles

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Anoka, MN.
