Poultry Production Supervisor - Michael Foods Group : Job Details

Provides a safe work environment for all personnel. Responsible for the general safety of your employees. Participates on SRMP safety team. Completion of all safety audits, scans and inspections. Adheres to safe work practices, Animal Care Code of Conduct, and maintains product quality. Reports any conditions affecting food safety, quality, or personnel safety to management. Leads team members to support safety, animal welfare, operations, and personnel development. Ensures a safe and healthy workplace. Keeps management informed about operational, quality, safety issues, employee concerns, and production cost control. Produces the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost consistent with industry standards. Recognizes and takes steps to resolve operating problems to minimize their impact on operations. Requests and directs services of maintenance and other personnel as necessary to achieve the desired level and quality of production and safety.
