Pouchroom Operator - The Kraft Heinz Company : Job Details

Operate multiple pouch machines safely and efficiently while performing quality control audits of SFG pouches. Essential duties and responsibilities:Starts up, operates, and shuts down pouch forming, cooling, sealing, straw strip placement, coding, and conveying systems of the pouch machine. Makes packaging roll changes as needed. Optimizes equipment uptime; monitors mechanical operation of equipment and unjams machines. Helps troubleshoot mechanical problems and notifies technician of issues. Supervises quality issues, performs and records checks on pouch visual points of quality. Performs and records checks on seal alignment. Ensure adequate quantities of accurate rotated foil stock (FIFO) are available and tested. Complete all required audits. Document pouches material losses, downtime, and production totals; palletize finished boxes of pouches. Maintains good housekeeping. Ensure Area of Responsibility is clean and orderly.
