Location: Louisville, CO - Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable Pouch Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for running machines that produce packaging pouches, checking for quality, and helping with daily production tasks. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate pouch-making machines. Inspect materials and finished pouches for quality. Perform minor machine maintenance and report issues. Keep work area clean and organized. Help with packing, stacking, and transporting boxes. Complete production reports and assist team as needed. What We're Looking For:Experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
