• Experience working with Public Sector/State governmentexperience
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience working as a Network Engineer in anenterprise environment;
• Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a multi-tenant data networkutilizing Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Shortest Path Bridging (SPB), or similartechnologies;
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the design, configuration, and deploymentof dynamic routing protocols in a multi-regionalnetwork;
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience and be proficient in the proper use of networkanalysis tools and equipment, such as Wireshark, ExfoNetwork Protocol Analysers, Fluke,NetAlly, or other similarnetwork test equipment;
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience configuring and maintaining a multicastcontent delivery regionalnetwork;
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Network Operations and Security or aclosely related field of study;
• Have a proactive nature with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
• Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and maintaining multi-region SPBand/or MPLSnetworks for transporting mission-critical and public-safety data in a secure,efficient, and highly reliable manner.
• must be able to work in an Agile Project Management environment

• Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Certified System Expert (ACSE) or Alcatel-Lucent EnterpriseCertified Field Expert (ACFE).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE)
• CompTIA Network+.
• Wireshark Certified Network Analyst (WCNA).
• Ciena Optical Communications (OC) or Carrier Ethernet (CE)
• Other vendor or vendor-neutral networking certifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
