The Portfolio Territory Manager is responsible for selling Aesthetic Capital Devices to physicians in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Medical Spas. This role manages devices such as Ulthera, Laserme, and SaltFacial, focusing on uncovering client needs and demonstrating device value. You will conduct product demos and basic training for medical staff, collaborating with marketing on promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build a sales funnel through cold calling, networking, and prospecting; schedule and close appointments.
  • Engage with clients by visiting and selling the portfolio of capital equipment, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate resources to meet client needs.
  • Manage territory budget.
  • Execute sales processes to meet quarterly new business goals.
  • Manage sales funnel and appointments.
  • Compliance

    • Follow company policies and procedures with integrity.
    • Submit administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans timely and accurately.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 5-8 years of sales experience, including cold calling and funnel management.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to explain economic value and client fit of products.
    • Ability to work independently.

    The base salary for this role is $95,000 with an incentive plan.
