The Innovation Lab Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic innovation initiatives from concept to execution. This position is responsible for overseeing a dynamic portfolio of early-stage projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maximizing impact through effective prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for emerging technologies, cross-functional collaboration, human-centered design and agile methodologies. They will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and innovation teams to evaluate opportunities, track progress, and deliver measurable outcomes that support long-term growth and transformation.

The Healthcare Innovation Lab Portfolio Managers are primarily responsible for supporting the mission of the Innovation Lab through catalyzing care delivery innovations through research and development. He or she will do this through discovery, define, develop, and delivery of innovations. This management role will lead cross-functional teams and drive our innovation strategy, portfolios, and roadmap. Coordinates with stakeholders to plan and execute successful innovation implementations and provide efficient service and support. Ensures that appropriate security, legal, and regulatory protocols are in place. Trains and coaches operational teams that provide innovative resolution of strategic opportunities. As leaders in care delivery innovation, we fundamentally change care delivery for our patients and communities based on user need and rigorous testing.
