The Service Porter will be responsible in maintaining the dealerships appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities. Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customers name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)Move and park vehicles in the dealership premises and to maintain flow of traffic. Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
