The Eliot at New Rochelle - Assisted Living facility located in New Rochelle is seeking Porter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team of caring professionals. Maintenance Assistant - Full-Time Hours: 3pm - 11 pm Duties: Help maintain building and grounds. Identify needed supplies, and report interior/exterior problems of building and equipment. Perform handyman tasks and complete work order forms as needed. Store chemicals, tools, and equipment in a proper and safe manner. Repair or replace damaged or broken fixtures or equipment. Change HVAC filters. Assist with setup and cleanup for special events.
