Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of notarial acts.

Notarize documents such as affidavits, deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, and loan documents.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
• Ability to verify document authenticity and confirm signer identity with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile technology for remote notarization.
