Jefferson County Department of Health is seeking to hire a Population Health Program Supervisor to be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and managing financial, personnel, and operational activities of programs and/or clinics involving public health services, education and outreach activities. Employees in this job class are responsible for monitoring agency programs and services, writing program reports, and presenting program results to staff. The Population Health Program Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and maintaining pertinent policies and procedures, identifying any changes that might impact the work done in their area, and ensuring that healthcare staff maintain continuing education unit (CEU) hours. Work is performed under the administrative direction of the Director or Assistant Director of the Department who reviews work for program efficiency and effectiveness.

The pay range for this job is listed below: Health Department $76,980 - $119,433.

Physical Demands: Job is primarily sedentary involving sitting for long periods of time, but may involve occasional walking or standing for brief periods.
Work Environment: Work is conducted both indoors in office setting as well as regular field visits to external places of business, and other offsite locations. Work involves use of standard office equipment, such as computer, phone, copier, etc.
