Overview

Pool Purchase Analyst role at Compeer Financial. This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the MN-Lakeville, MN-Rochester, MN-Mankato, or IA-Johnston office locations.

Contributions You Will Make
  • Facilitates and advances pool purchases, ensuring accurate and complete information.
  • Monitors, guides and delivers comprehensive reports to support integration of partner lender data into Compeers systems.
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets pool purchase data to provide actionable insights that drive the purchase to closing.
  • Assists with risk mitigation in approval or denial within delegated authority of servicing actions, transaction analysis, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitors servicing for the Program Finance portfolio and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
The Skills And Experience We Prefer You Have
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced-level experience in a financial services environment involving loan closing, servicing, and credit analysis.
  • Systems support experience in a financial institution (preferred).
  • Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
  • Ability to work independently with proven partnership and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, including effective client service and teamwork.
  • Ability to remain objective in balancing business needs and risk; ability to identify and highlight discrepancies and document decisions.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and participate in development within the Program Finance division.
  • Excellent management skills and strong risk evaluation capability with effective stakeholder communication.
  • Deep knowledge of loan accounting systems, loan documentation and credit requirements.

Base Pay

$66,000 - $99,700 USD
