Courses focus on foundational knowledge and skills relevant to careers in human services and community support roles. Minimum Qualifications A masters or doctoral degree in Counselor Education or a closely related field from an accredited institution (required at the time of appointment). Demonstrated experience in online instruction. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
