Pool Monitor - Leland Management : Job Details

Greet and verify residents and their guests using pool facilities. Enforce HOA pool rules and regulations in a courteous but firm manner. Monitor pool area for unsafe behavior, unauthorized users, or emergencies. Report maintenance issues, vandalism, or violations to the management team. Ensure pool furniture is organized, and the area remains clean and free of debris. Check restrooms periodically for cleanliness and supplies. Document incidents and maintain accurate shift logs as needed. Open and/or close the pool facilities following proper procedures. Any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Previous customer service or pool monitoring experience is a plus. CPR or First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
