Your Role Includes:

• Delivering direct care to patients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care practices, conducting patient assessments, and formulating individualized care plans.
• Fostering meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs throughout their recovery.
• Providing education and training for nursing staff on hemodialysis procedures and standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is essential.
• ACLS must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Preference for CRRN certification; support for obtaining this certification is available.
• A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
