If you're the type who loves delivering next-level guest service (with a side of sunshine), and can carry a tray like a pro while keeping the good vibes flowing-we want you in the cabana crew.

This role is all about creating a VIP poolside experience-serving drinks, food, and top-tier service to guests lounging in luxury. You're not just a server, you're the reason they remember their stay.

🍹 What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve food and beverages to cabana guests with speed, style, and a big smile.

• Personalize the experience-learn names, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs.

• Keep cabanas clean, stocked, and resort-ready throughout the day.

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Handle orders and payments efficiently, accurately, and always with a great attitude.

• Be a friendly, helpful presence for all pool guests, not just those in cabanas.

• Previous serving experience (bonus if it's in a resort, beach club, or high-end pool setting).

• Able to move quickly, stay cool in the heat, and handle multiple tables or cabanas at once.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Florida & have appropriate certifications (or be willing to get them).
