Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the tasks, responsibilities, skills and abilities that are listed in the job description. Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical support activities for the maintenance of the City's police records system. Tasks Retrieve and verify case/incident information in the police records system; research records of arrest, convictions, traffic violations, and traffic accidents for dissemination purposes. Conduct entry of traffic violations and other assigned reports into the police department database.
