PMC: Customer Service/Operations Contractor

Will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Customer Service Team as the team continues to grow and handle additional PMC titles.

The work will include all aspects of marketing, customer service, renewal marketing and basic financial functions. This position will work closely and act as liaison with all individuals of the Audience Marketing Team including Customer Service and PMC internal engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be a clear and concise communicator, tactical and flexible with changes midstream. Candidate must have a technical aptitude that can help customers troubleshoot issues that will ultimately lead the customer to being a satisfied PMC customer. Must have a can-do approach to problem solving in a very fast-paced environment.

Specific responsibilities are as follows:

Assist Customer Service in solving technical customer problems. The individual must be able to learn and understand how internal PMC Platforms interact with each other to provide flawless access to the various PMC products.

Understand pricing and product for WWD, RS, VIP and Sportico.

Review customer invoices for accuracy and consistency.

Understand Operation processes.

Attention to detail is critical.

Publishing and/or subscription experience would be beneficial
