Description York is hiring!• Contract Project Manager – Debt Collections & Cash Management (Oracle Implementation)Location: RemoteType: Contract – 12+ month projectRate: 110-115 w2Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong finance background, specifically in debt collections, delinquencies, and cash management. This role is a key part of our Oracle implementation, focusing on the Debt Collections and Cash Management workstreams. While deep Oracle experience isn't mandatory, familiarity with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) is highly preferred.This PM will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing a new collections department, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive leader, capable of navigating complex finance-driven initiatives and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of a new collections and cash management department, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize debt collection processes, policies, and strategies.

Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Act as the bridge between finance and technology teams, ensuring smooth system integration.

Advocate for customer-friendly collection strategies while maintaining business revenue goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Finance Expertise: Strong background in delinquencies, debt collections, and cash management.

Transformation Leadership: Experience driving finance transformation projects and implementing process improvements.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle (ORMB) or similar enterprise finance systems highly preferred.
