  • Greet Members and guests upon arrival and complete check-in process.
  • Communicate with Club Membership professionally and effectively to ensure the high quality of service is consistently met.
  • Fill out Welcome Cards to each Member and guest.
  • Direct Members to their rooms and contacts barmen for help with luggage.
  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
  • Distribute mail and faxes to employees and Members.
  • Maintain Member bulletin board in front hall.
  • Responsible for petty cash box.
  • Responsible for keys throughout the Clubhouse.
  • Able to give directions to and from Rolling Rock Club and local attractions.
  • Distribute information on local attractions to Members.
  • Balance cash sales at end of month.
  • Will contact management proactively with any Member concerns or complaints.
  • Strong understanding of Club platforms; Northstar, Club Dining, Club website.
  • A strong sense of follow up with Club Members and team members via email or otherwise.
  • Provide concierge services to any Member or guest's needs on or off property.
  • Communicate Member needs to the other team members.
  • Lead dispatch for Loyalhanna Police alarms.
  • Arrange reservations for Members and guests.
  • Enter a la carte billing charges.
  • Maintain knowledge of all private and club activities.
  • Develop weekly in-room newsletter.
  • Assist with distribution of Member preferences information.
  • Conduct wake-up calls as necessary.
  • Sell retail items, research retail items & newspapers, inventory items.
  • Sell and print fishing license. Send weekly recap of sales, hunting permits and duck stamps.
  • Respects the Club's customs and traditions and works to preserve Rolling Rock Club as a quiet country English Manor .
  • Other related assignments as necessary.
  • Maintains regular, consistent and reliable attendance.
Qualifications: Required:
  • Must be available to work afternoon shifts (3:00 -11:00 pm) and Holidays.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos.
  • Following guidance and direction from senior management effectively, efficiently, and appropriately.
Skill:
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments.
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
  • An eagerness to learn new information with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak using clear and professional language.
  • Fundamental time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, both with a team and independently.
  • Exhibits good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and react quickly to any issues which arise during a shift.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in front of a computer screen for 2 hour periods without break.
  • Ability to move independently around the Clubhouse for periods of 3-4 hours.
  • Ability to lift and file up to 10-30 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to type for 2 hour periods without break.
  • Availability and understanding that the position often requires hours in excess of a standard workweek (40-50 hours).
