What You'll Do
- Assist a lead plumber on residential service calls, performing tasks with care and precision
- Create positive connections with customers through professionalism and communication
- Help prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support accurate truck inventory and job staging
- Follow quality checklists and complete all paperwork accurately
- Participate in on-the-job learning and classroom-based training
- Uphold Goettl's standards of safety, service, and integrity at all times
