Plumbing/Mechanical Foreman – Cincinnati, OH

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Plumbing/Mechanical Foremen for commercial projects in the Cincinnati area. The pay range is $30 to $45 per hour , based on experience. Foremen are scheduled 40+ hours per week.

We are seeking hands-on leaders to guide our plumbing/mechanical team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay , no week in the hole, and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties – Foreman:

• Supervise and lead plumbing/mechanical crew on-site and hands on leading by example.

• Assign daily tasks and manage productivity

• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

• Ensure work meets code and quality standards

• Perform hands-on work as needed alongside the crew

• Enforce safety policies and procedures

• Communicate with project supervisors and other trades

Ultimate Trade Requirements – Foreman:

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing or mechanical experience

• 2+ years of crew leadership experience preferred

• Ability to lead and train crew members

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

• Basic hand tools required

• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs unassisted

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required

• Journeyman License preferred but not required

• Drug Test Required
