We're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence.

Bieg Plumbing & Mechanical is looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to manage critical operations and client relations. This role is split between office and field responsibilities, ensuring you represent the company effectively both internally and in the public. We're seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years in the heavy mechanical trade industry, with a strong foundation in Plumbing and HVAC. This is a union company, but previous union membership is not required.

• Oversee and manage service operations across office and field environments
• Act as the company representative, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with BIEG's high standards and client requirements
• Implement quality assurance programs, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain schedules and coordinate workflows to ensure timely, efficient service delivery
• Support client needs and provide technical expertise to resolve service issues promptly

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the heavy mechanical trade industry
• Proficiency in plumbing and HVAC systems, with hands-on and managerial knowledge
• Understanding of industry-specific codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Experience in both office management and field service work for a well-rounded approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within teams
• Effective communicator, able to liaise with clients, staff, and leadership professionally
• Prior experience in a unionized environment is a plus, though union membership is not required
