Essential Job Functions:

• Learn from experienced plumbers all the technical and soft skills needed to be a Lead Plumber.
• Assist with light repair and installation work.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
• Be accurate and timely with all paperwork.
• Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
• Maintained a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Always be safety-conscious both on the job and while driving.
• Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats

Qualifications:

• MUST have a Valid Driver's license.

• Undergo background check, drug screen, and driving record screen.
• Positive attitude
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs.

Experience/Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Compensation:$18.00-$22.00 hourlyBenefits:
