Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in both residential and commercial properties.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts.Work alongside contractors, construction crews, electricians, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed and functioning correctly.Use pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, and other methods to test plumbing systems for leaks and malfunctions.Repair or replace faulty plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and pipes.Perform routine maintenance, including drain and sewer line cleaning, to prevent clogs or blockages.Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies or service requests.Qualifications:Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Skills:Blueprint readingGeneral maintenance skillsAbility to read schematics and assemble componentsKnowledge of HVAC systemsProficiency with power toolsCarpentry skills for framing and pipe installationAbility to install fixtures and connect pipesMechanical troubleshooting and repair expertiseExperience with remodeling projectsIf you're a skilled plumber eager to take on new challenges and grow in your career, we want to hear from you.
