Laborers will help prepare and clean up job sites and perform other duties as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:* Perform various physical duties as assigned* Maintain all safety standards* Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials* Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.* Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.* Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.* Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety.* Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
