Also, will be 'on call' for the general maintenance shop on a rotating basis.The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:Troubleshoot and repair all water and sewer piping throughout the facility according to proper codes and standards.Perform maintenance/preventative maintenance on facility steam and condensate systems, assuring safe and proper operation.Performs regular scheduled preventative maintenance on air handling equipment. Includes inspection and repair of motors, valves, coils and controls.Performs regular scheduled preventative maintenance on closed loop hydronic systems, both heated and chilled.
