PLC Maintenance Technician - Sazerac Company : Job Details

The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm. As a PLC Maintenance Technician, you will ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, and production machines; you will have the capability of following diagrams, sketches, manuals and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Identify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skills. Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
