This client is in the DoD space, focused on hypersonic propulsion and aircraft systems. They are hiring a PLC Controls Engineer to join their team. They need someone with strong PLC experience, as well as professional experience with both time-based and scheme-based databases. Existing DoD security clearance is not needed, but you must be able to obtain it.Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience with PLCs
• Experience with time-based databases such as SCADA or equivalent
• Experience with scheme-based databases such as SQL or equivalent
• The ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

Desired Skills & Experience

• Python experience
• Object-oriented programming experience
• Experience with safety-control systems
• Familiarity with aerospace, automotive, or research environments, standards, and processes
