Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

The Role

We are seeking a Platform Software Engineer to develop our research, market-making, and risk management platforms. You will design and scale core data infrastructure, integrate new data sources and APIs, and collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and the Business Operations team. As an early hire, you will have significant impact and ownership over our platform design, technology choices, and team culture.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• Proven track record delivering complex projects collaboratively
• Strong coding skills across all software development stages
• Experience with data pipelines, relational databases, cloud data warehouses; familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus
• Lifelong learner and empathetic communicator
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS is advantageous

Based in New York City with flexible remote work options.
