Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range: $40/hr - $46/hr

The Digital Ordering team is a fast-growing SaaS business unit offering online ordering, branded mobile apps, and loyalty programs to help merchants grow their business. The team focuses on transforming merchant engagement and scaling impact across the Americas.

About the Role

As a Platform Implementation Specialist, you will manage onboarding and implementation for merchants, including customer calls, troubleshooting, and creating collateral to ensure success. You will collaborate with Sales, Strategy & Operations, and other teams to improve merchant satisfaction and process efficiency. This role is primarily remote, reporting to the Associate Manager of Strategy & Operations.

• Manage merchant onboarding and implementation with proactive communication.
• Lead onboarding sessions, resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed.
• Create training materials and collateral to support merchant success.
• Develop expertise in the Online Ordering platform.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Maintain high service standards and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and merchant outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or project management roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and influencing without authority.
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
