Known for their technical expertise and dedication to quality, they consistently deliver dependable products while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the processing, validation, and documentation of new products, molds, processes, or equipment.
  • Support the quoting process for tools and parts.
  • Provide training to Process Technicians on troubleshooting and resolving processing issues.
  • Continuously optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements through enhancements in materials, tooling, processes, and automation.
  • Assist with daily production activities and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) as necessary.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment and resolve technical matters.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment across the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field
  • Proficient in Scientific Molding techniques
  • Experienced with process validation following IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
  • Knowledge of, or eagerness to learn, automotive standards such as PPAP, PFMEA, and APQP
  • Familiarity with injection molding automation systems
  • Understanding of Quality and SPC methodologies and compliance requirements
  • Strong project management skills, from concept through production
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience with RJG systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of secondary manufacturing processes like welding, decorating, and machining
