Your job as a Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality and production of the plant and producing the maximum amount of acceptable parts possible through the economical use of machines, material and, people. This involves managing 10-20 full-time and temp employees.

• 2-4 years experience in Plastics Blow Molding / Plastics Injection Molding
• 1-3 years Management experience within manufacturing environment
• Ability to process, troubleshoot and repair of all blow molding machines and equipment.
• Set-up to obtain mold repairs
