Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and gather medical histories to assess donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality for donors and staff.
• Educate donors about health and safety, addressing any concerns.
• Assess and manage donor injuries and adverse reactions.
• Evaluate medical histories to confirm ongoing donor eligibility.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Qualifications:

Licensed in the state of employment as an LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or EMT with current CPR certification.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Occasional bending and twisting of the neck.
• Frequent hand movements and precise manipulations.
• Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and the ability to communicate effectively.
